Mr.Transmission (Lowell) was highly recommend from another trusted mechanic. My transmission was jerking, slipping, stalling. Just not moving the car. I decided to take it to Mr.Transmission for a 2nd opinion after AAMCO told me I needed to have it rebuilt and they could do it for $2800. Lowell called me later and said there's nothing wrong with my transmission. All I probably needed was a tune-up because of the codes. I replaced the spark plugs coil pack for $280 and the car runs like new.. A honest man for sure. Cindy who answers the phone is what customer service should be like. Did I mention he didn't charge me a dime. I can't say enough .. So take your transmission question/problem to them

My cars transmission suddenly went bad and had no idea where to look. Was introduced to Mr. Transmission and boy was I surprised. Tom and his team diagnosed my problems free of charge and offered options/solutions to fix issues. My car had 250k miles on it and I thought I'd be looking to buy a new car in the near future. They offered very sound advice and a reasonable fix, 3 days later my "old SUV" was running like a new vehicle. Tom said..come back in 2 weeks so we can check all seals and a free transmission flush at the 300k mile mark. The quality/timeliness of their work was as promised and I'd recommend Tom and his team to anyone seeking quality work and a man who stands behind his word!

This company could not be more accomodating. They went out of their way to make the appointment easy and my car was fixed quickly and affordably. Very happy with my experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had my transmission checked before I moved to Nashville. They gave it a test drive, checked it out fully and didn't charge me for it. Everyone was very nice and they even gave me repair contacts they know in Nasville that I can trust. Definitely having tranmission work done here if I'm in town and need it. Great service Thanks Guys!

The transmission in my 2002 Suburban was shaking the car to pieces and barely shifting. I thought I was going to be in for a new transmission and was ready to scrap the car. IN COMES LOWELL TO SAVE THE DAY! $75 or so later, the transmission was perfect. I'm writing this review two years later, and I haven't had a problem since. This is the place to come if you want competent, honest, and affordable help. My only complaint is that they can't repair everything else that's wrong with my cars!
