Hands down!!! The absolute best service. The transmission on my vehicle was beyond repair so I had to get it towed into the shop. Brian was my contact person and he handled everything over the phone. He even found other things that needed to be replaced and gave me a great deal. I was quoted about a week for everything to be fixed, but it was ready in about 3-4 days. I was amazed at how professional and quick everything was handled. Brian even told me to come back in 2 weeks just to make sure everything worked properly. You can’t ask for better service! I came in and spoke with Brian, I was having issues with either electrical, or mechanical issues with my transmissions not changing gears correctly. I feared I needed a new or rebuilt transmission but Brian was honest and transparent and told me it was likely just a sensor. It fixed my problems, and he didn’t try to sell or uncharged me on things I didn’t need. I appreciate, especially as a woman I find it difficult to find a mechanic that wants to help without up charging on things you don’t need. I highly recommend this company and will use them in future.
